About
n3k4.com is all about documenting the history, the changes and the future of the bass generation. Since 06 we have been keeping an eye on dubstep’s movements over the years and the way the sound has progessed in what has been a relatively short time.
By doing this we have been collecting and promoting material from a vast number of producers and DJ’s from the darkest depths of DMZ in Brixton to the hazily filled rooms of SMOG in Los Angeles. Regardless of the potential future of the genre, we lend a hand to the consistant local scenes that push the sound from their heart rather than their wallet.
We want to look back in 25 years time and be able to browse the (what will be) historical moments in dubstep’s infancy such as when genres were chewed up and spat out when Kode9 went b2b with Flying Lotus on Rinse FM or it’s landmark times such as when Mary Anne Hobbs showcased a whole new generation of dubstep soldiers.
n3k4.com collects over 5,000 unique visitors daily from all over the world. If you are looking to put out a mixtape, free 320, event details etc. hit us up on the contact page with your details!
